Spa Etiquette, Policies & information

Our Guests are our number one priority, we offer a 100% guarantee on all products and services. Our goals are to offer World Class Services, if you feel you have not received the services we promote please see Zion's Management. No outside food or beverages are allowed. Light refreshment is provided.

As a rule, our guests are free to schedule appointment with any Therapist for any services of their choice.

Children under 14 are not preferred unless services are being provided. We provide a smoke free environment for the health of our guests and staff. To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, please turn off cell phones in the Spa areas and place on vibrate while in the salon. Arrive 10 minutes early for spa appointments. Disposable undergarments are available for wet services. Men receiving wet treatments are required to wear swim wear or spa issued disposable boxers. If a guest is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment it may be canceled or rescheduled at a later time. For Group Spa Services, a non-refundable reservation fee of 20% per person is required. The Therapists & Technicians at Zion are not medical doctors and make no claim as such, any recommendations for treatment are in accordance with the State Board of Cosmetology. Zion and its staff are not held liable.
